The Decoy Committee shall consist of at least three (3) members. At least two (2) members must be certified decoys. Amended December 2018

It shall be responsible for the rules of certification and re-certification of trial decoys, education and training of trial and training decoys, decoy books, recognition and awards and any other relevant tasks assigned.
