
TRIAL REQUEST PROCEDURE
Trial Requirements:
- The Trial Request Application with at least the location of the trial must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the requested trial date.
- If there are no Judge or Decoys submitted with the request, the Trial will be listed as “Pending”.
- The trial Judge and Decoys must be submitted by 30 days before the trial. Once submitted the trial will be labeled “Confirmed”. If Judge and Decoys for trial are not submitted by 30 days before the trial date, the trial will be canceled and removed from the website.
- No changes to the Judge or Decoys may occur within 30 days of the trial date, unless due to illness, injury or work schedule which are out of the control of the hosting club.
- Clubs within 500 miles of one another may not have trials the same weekend.
Foreign Judge and Decoy Requests:
- A foreign International FCI judge must have permission by that judge’s FCI National Organization to take foreign assignments. To secure this approval, clubs must send their International FCI judge requests to our Judges Committee Chair who will then submit the request to our National Organization, AWDF. The FCI Judge’s National Organization will only approve requests made by our National Organization (AWDF).
- Foreign Decoy requests must be sent to our Decoy Committee Chair for approval.
Trial Approval:
The Secretary will approve the trial within one week within the stated guidelines. You may submit a trial-themed image to be used to advertise the trial on the USMRA website to webmaster@usmondioring.org. Please ensure that you have the right to use the images or artwork that you submit.
